This relates to culture because, as I said, these festivities of St. Kitts & Nevis with this holiday party, show that there will be a future cultural gathering. This goes for basically tons of cultures in this sense. A lot of other cultures celebrate with religious parties, which brings a culture together to possibly sing and dance, and enjoy themselves while still keeping the culture alive.
